For an in-depth understanding of the various order statuses, we would like to briefly take you through the entire order processing workflow of ShipRocket. These points will explain the true significance of the different manifest statuses.

Step 1 : In the Orders tab, you can generate invoice for the order. You can then select courier and click “Label” to assign an Air Waybill.

After label is assigned, the order will move to Pending section of the Manifest tab.

Step 2: Create manifest( which means schedule a pick up) in the Pending tab by clicking “Create Manifest”. The order will move into Open section of the Manifest tab.

Status of the order can be Pickup Scheduled, Pickup Queued, or Pickup Error. In case of queued, the order will automatically move to scheduled. In case of error, you will need to retry the next day as the cut-off time for the day is reached.

Step 3: From the Manifest Tab > Open section, when the shipments is marked as Shipped through courier and we move it to the Closed section.
